Pricing

What this costs, and what drives it.

We don’t publish a monthly figure, because the honest answer is a range. You’ll get the whole number on the first call, not after three meetings.

What you can buy

Three ways to work with us.

Every service is priced to stand alone. Take one, or hand over the whole campaign.

Where most firms start

The newsletter

One issue a monthDigital, print and mail, or both — you choose. Priced on how many people you send to; print and postage at cost on top.

For a firm sitting on a list nobody works. Four pages a month, written in your voice. Send it digitally, put it in the mail, or do both — the writing and the design are the same either way.

  • Four-page issue, written for your business
  • Your personal column, ghostwritten
  • Design, typesetting and proofing
  • Emailed and published as a flipbook
  • Printed and mailed, if you want it

Automation

Quoted to the jobScoped with you first, then priced. Maintenance is optional.

For a repeating job that’s eating an afternoon a week. AI receptionist, booking agent, intake, billing chases. What it costs depends entirely on what it has to talk to and how much of your process is written down, so we work that out together before anyone quotes anything.

  • We map the job with you first
  • Priced once the scope is real
  • Built in your accounts, on your data
  • Piloted with a human approving it
  • Documented and handed over

The honest part

What moves the number.

Answer these four on the phone and we can price it on the phone.

How many you mail

Five hundred names is a very different bill from five thousand.

How much we write

A fully ghostwritten issue costs more than one built from material you already have.

How many channels

The newsletter on its own, or every channel around it.

Whether there’s a mess

A list split across three systems, or a site that needs rebuilding, is set-up work. Quoted separately, once.

No markup

What we pass through at cost.

None of this is our fee.

01

Print and postage

About 60–70¢ a copy, printed and mailed. We don’t mark it up.

02

Ad spend

Paid by you straight to Google or Meta. We charge a flat management fee, never a percentage.

03

Software, domain and hosting

CRM, email platform, hosting, domain — all opened on your card, at cost.

Terms

What you can hold us to.

Month to month

Thirty days' notice. No lock-in, no exit fee.

One invoice

One monthly figure, agreed up front. Pass-through costs listed separately.

You own the accounts

List, domain, ad accounts, CRM, artwork — all in your name from day one.

We’ll tell you not to

If the budget’s too small or the channel’s wrong, we say so instead of taking it.

Not sure which one you are?

Most people know what isn’t happening, not what to buy. Describe that and we’ll tell you what we’d do and what it’d cost — including when the answer is nothing yet.

Questions

Money

The four that come up on almost every call.

It depends on list size, how much we write from scratch, and how many channels you take. You’ll get the whole number on the first call. Print and postage run 60–70 cents a copy, billed at cost.

Then take something out rather than water everything down. Every service is priced to stand alone. We won’t quote a number too low to do the work — that wastes more of your money than not starting.

No — a flat management fee. A percentage gives an agency a reason to talk you into a bigger budget than the account can usefully spend.

Sometimes — for real setup work like a website build, a CRM configuration or an automation project. Quoted once and separately, never buried in the monthly fee.

Everything else — contracts, scope, proof and privacy — is on the FAQ page
