How many you mail
Five hundred names is a very different bill from five thousand.
Pricing
We don’t publish a monthly figure, because the honest answer is a range. You’ll get the whole number on the first call, not after three meetings.
What you can buy
Every service is priced to stand alone. Take one, or hand over the whole campaign.
For a firm sitting on a list nobody works. Four pages a month, written in your voice. Send it digitally, put it in the mail, or do both — the writing and the design are the same either way.
For a firm that wants one person running all of it. We look at what you actually have — the list, the site, the follow-up, what your industry responds to — and build the plan around it. Some months that is the newsletter and email. Some months it is ads and a CRM that finally answers people.
For a repeating job that’s eating an afternoon a week. AI receptionist, booking agent, intake, billing chases. What it costs depends entirely on what it has to talk to and how much of your process is written down, so we work that out together before anyone quotes anything.
The honest part
Answer these four on the phone and we can price it on the phone.
Five hundred names is a very different bill from five thousand.
A fully ghostwritten issue costs more than one built from material you already have.
The newsletter on its own, or every channel around it.
A list split across three systems, or a site that needs rebuilding, is set-up work. Quoted separately, once.
No markup
None of this is our fee.
About 60–70¢ a copy, printed and mailed. We don’t mark it up.
Paid by you straight to Google or Meta. We charge a flat management fee, never a percentage.
CRM, email platform, hosting, domain — all opened on your card, at cost.
Terms
Thirty days' notice. No lock-in, no exit fee.
One monthly figure, agreed up front. Pass-through costs listed separately.
List, domain, ad accounts, CRM, artwork — all in your name from day one.
If the budget’s too small or the channel’s wrong, we say so instead of taking it.
Most people know what isn’t happening, not what to buy. Describe that and we’ll tell you what we’d do and what it’d cost — including when the answer is nothing yet.
Questions
The four that come up on almost every call.
It depends on list size, how much we write from scratch, and how many channels you take. You’ll get the whole number on the first call. Print and postage run 60–70 cents a copy, billed at cost.
Then take something out rather than water everything down. Every service is priced to stand alone. We won’t quote a number too low to do the work — that wastes more of your money than not starting.
No — a flat management fee. A percentage gives an agency a reason to talk you into a bigger budget than the account can usefully spend.
Sometimes — for real setup work like a website build, a CRM configuration or an automation project. Quoted once and separately, never buried in the monthly fee.

Tell us your list size and what you’re already running. We’ll price it.
